In this video, "5 Reasons Smart Women intimidate Men,(Smart Women)" I break down the things that intimidate men with smart women.  I go over the reasons why intelligent, educated, and successful women are having a hard time dating and marrying men they are attracted to, and I explain the many reasons weak men are, not the best mates for them, why strong men are the best match.    Most men in these situations are not men who are ready to have an equal. They want someone they can control and feel the woman has to rely on and depend on them for their every want and need.  Because they can not longer in these times act or treat a woman any old kind of way, they forcing them to either step up or be moved aside to allow a real man to see them.  Listen and learn because there is so much more to be revealed.     To Connect With Me: Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/ondraypearson   Tiktok: tiktok.com/@pearsonondray Twitter: @ondray_pearson/twitter Relationshipadviceforwomen.net  Why Does love Hurt So Good?: www.whydoeslovehurtsogood.net  Go to www.whydoeslovehurtsogood.net to schedule a "One-on-One" with me. In this video, "3 reasons Men lie!" I explain "why" so many men feel they must lie to the women they want to be within a relationship.  It is not an excuse but a good understanding and reasons men feel they must lie to be with a woman.  Believe it or not, some lies are necessary to keep the peace in the relationship, but most men are lying use this reasoning well beyond them protecting their mate's feelings/looking out for their well-being.  I help women "see" "why" it is so hard for a man to tell the truth--it's about the benefits! If men cannot see the real true benefit of telling you the truth, they will always lie to you.  If you always forgive them when you catch them in a lie, they will always lie to you.    Women expect and claim to want the truth, even if it hurts them or not, but the truth is what they really want is whatever they suspect confirmed by their man regardless if it is true or not.  They need to BE right about EVERYTHING they THINK you did, have done, or will do!  So this ongoing battle continues, "To tell the truth or to lie"-it all comes down to the "benefits." In this episode, "What do you bring to the table?" When asked this question, I explain why so many women are confused, why they take the question so personal, and why many feel a man shouldn't even ask. It is hard to tell a man that he is to provide for a woman and not tell him what he will get in return.  Many modern women today feel a man needs to guarantee their future with him, and he is to accept whatever she decides to give him for all she is asking of him.   Men today don't see sex as the equalizer to all the things and duties asked of them, and women trying to sell this as an excellent plan for the man is finding it harder and harder to find many men who are willing to be their ATM / Retirement plan.  Sit back as I put a different perspective on the age-old phrase, "What do you bring to the table?" and understand it is not just about what you ask but more in "the" words you use to ask it. Men, if you ask the right question, you might get the answers you are looking for from the woman you're interested in and not make her regret giving you her time.  As we know, maintaining a good relationship can be hard sometimes, and regardless of what most want to think or believe-- to make it work it requires "compromising and negotiating." You see, loving someone can be amazing because when it is good, it's good, but when it's bad, it hurts.  When things don't go our way, we question if the person we are with is the person we are supposed to be with, and if we disagree with no resolution, we tend to feel and question if the person we have chosen to give our love to "IS" the right person to do so.   1-Soundcloud--https://soundcloud.com/ondray-pearson   2-ApplemPodcast--https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/whydoeslovehurtsogoodpodcast/id1495592804?uo=4   3-Google Podcast--https://www.google.com/podcasts?feed=aHR0cHM6Ly9hbmNob3IuZm0vcy8xMDZjZmNmNC9wb2RjYXN0L3Jzcw==   4-Overcast--https://overcast.fm/itunes1495592804/whydoeslovehurtsogoodpodcast   5-Breaker--https://www.breaker.audio/whydoeslovehurtsogoodpodcast   6-Anchor Podcast--https://anchor.fm/s/106cfcf4/podcast/rss   7-Spotify--https://open.spotify.com/show/0RvJSPI5CRyrntDDqnOdXZ --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/ondray-pearson6/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/ondray-pearson6/support

In this Podcast Episode, my guest is "We Dem  Sista's,"  and we talk about "What makes a Relationship work."    People dating today seem to have a different definition of what makes a relationship work.  "Relating" appears to be a foreign concept.  Hardly anyone takes time to get to know one another during their dating stage. When their relationships fail, many wonder if the relationship's failure is the other person's fault because there is no way it could be YOUR FAULT.    Get ready to understand that "finding" and maintaining a successful relationship starts with two people "relating" first in and through a conversation to see all they have in common BEFORE jumping in bed together.  Sex doesn't mean they love you, and love isn't going to save your relationship.  We get deep and go in on subjects relevant to making a relationship successful.   For more dating advice on related subjects like this, purchase my book, Why does love hurt so good?" on www.ondraypearson.com TODAY! In this episode, "What is the Man's Role in the Relationship," I explain, define, and break down a "MANS" role in the relationship.  In our society today, many of I so-called MEN have either lose their way, given up, or have no idea what being a Provider means in a relationship.  They are so desperate to have equality in the relationship that they are asking their woman to help them do THEIR job in the relationship and thinking that splitting bills with their woman 50/50 is the best way to obtain this, and it is not.     Men asking this are doing it because they do not want to be responsible for anyone in the relationship other than themselves.  God says the men are the foundation of the relationship and family.  It is sad to see so many men running from what God said they were created to be, Leaders of the family.  How can you "lead" if your woman is doing your job?    This is why so many men have switched sides; they are running from their responsibilities and looking for someone else to lead them.  Calling out women because they have had to do the job you refused is not what real men do.  How will you lead a family and gain your family's respect if you are playing her role?    Real men, not boys, stand up and take on their responsibilities.  They lead, and their woman will follow willingly.  God created Man first, not the woman; He gave you the skills to lead and expects you to do so. If you don't want the job or feel you cannot do it properly, do something else.    This is the reason why so many women HAVE to do "your" job because men don't want it.  Then they catch an attitude when the woman decides NOT to relay or depend on surviving and providing for their family.    It is a shame how our men are not taught these days what their role is and their obligations to a woman when they tell her they love her.  I, in this video, help men understand what God says they are supposed to do and how it is supposed to look with a woman.  Now the truth hurts, but if you really want to know as a man your role, this is a teaching moment so learn!  It is more to a relationship and more to your duties than just financial. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/ondray-pearson6/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/ondray-pearson6/support
In this episode, "5 Signs you're a Beta Male",  I walk men (and women) through the signs that indicate if they are an Alpha or Beta male in the eyes of the women you meet and are interested in getting to know.  The sad part about this is that if you ask most men which description best fits them best,  most will answer what they feel women want or are into, an Alpha male.   Every man feels they are an alpha male; rather, they are not.  Until they know which one they are or qualities that most beta men have, in this video, I break down what beta men look and sound like so those listening can understand tell which they are. If it fits you, then own it and stop pretending and lying to yourself.  By the end of the video, you will know.  Get your popcorn, pad, and pen because you are about to learn something today. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/ondray-pearson6/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/ondray-pearson6/support
In this episode, 5 Reasons, Why Nice Guys Finish Last, you will see and understand why men calling themselves "good men" finish last to Alpha males when dealing with attracting a woman they are interested in.  Before I can explain "why" good men finish last I explain that it isn't that good men are not attractive but women have their own reasons of why they are attracted to the men they are and I make this clear for those men wondering, "Why she didn't pick me?" I go over the do and don't s and give tips on what those in this position can do to get those women they are interested in them.    So, sit back, relax, and take notes and understand "why" good men finish last so you can come in first and get the woman you are attracted to today!  (1)  Visit my website at www.whydoeslovehurtsogood.net and experience what loving someone is all about!  (2)  For your business and promotional needs visit www.whydoeslovehurtsogood.net--search STORE and click on business services.   (3)  Here you can get promotion through, my radio show, website, and advertising services.  (4)  Check out my radio show on Sound-cloud.com -- https://soundcloud.com/ondray-pearson  (5)  Click to get your copy of my new book "Why does love hurt so good" at www.ondraypearson.com --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/ondray-pearson6/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/ondray-pearson6/support
